Welcome to this website about the proposed solar photovoltaic facility at Elms Farm.

We are proposing a solar project on land at Elms Farm, west of Newbold Pacey. The site has been carefully selected and designed during a detailed assessment process considering grid availability and solar irradiance, heritage, landscape & amenity, ecology and environmental designations, access, agricultural land quality and other technical considerations.

The proposed solar farm would be up to 25MWp which would provide enough electricity to power around 5623 homes a year, equivalent to 9% of homes in the district. This is the same as boiling 258,110,471 kettles or charging 639,899 Nissan Leaf electric cars.
